Pokemon Crystal Clear

We have a new addition to our list of GBC ROM hacks: Pokemon Crystal Clear. As the name suggests, it is based on the Crystal ROM. This English ROM hack by ShockSlayer is now available for download.

This ROM hack features the typical elements and showcases a line-up of Gen 2 Pokemon with modified sprites and altered character designs. With many added features, it is an engaging game to play. You can select from numerous characters and Starters right from the start. Immerse yourself in this hack and join the community to stay up-to-date with updates and more.

Pokemon Crystal Clear Details

Story

The game is open-world, allowing players to shape the story according to their preferences. Players can freely explore the game world, choose from various characters, and select their preferred Starter Pokemon to progress through the plot.

Players can start in any town or city they want in Kanto or Johto when they enter the world of Pokémon. They can challenge the 16 gym leaders of Kanto and Johto in any order since many obstacles and railroads have been removed. If you have PC then try Pokemon Phoenix Rising.

What’s Special

In Pokemon Crystal Clear, you can select your character from various options: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Gold, or Silver. Additionally, you have the opportunity to choose from 24 different Starter Pokemon. The game features an open world, one of its main attractions. You also have the freedom to decide where you begin your adventure.

You can experience the Kanto and Johto Regions like in the Gen 2 games. You can also challenge and battle against all 16 Gym Leaders and Elite Four teams. The game features a roster of approximately 251 Pokemon, including the Legendary ones, up to Gen 2. Additional updates will be available in the future, so keep an eye out.
